With school starting next week, The King has been very good at reinstating the 8 o'clock bedtime for the children around here.

I, on the other hand, have gone the opposite direction and do not go to bed until 2:30 or 3:00 in the morning.

I need to reverse this, and fast. Next week I will be getting up at 6 AM in order to get my child on the bus by 7 AM. Ugh. Ugh, ugh, ugh.

I think I'll go to bed.

I hear you!

one good thing though, I do tend to get more done during the day in the school year, so not as much need for staying up so late. That's a summer habit.

I'm working on it. ;)

I feel your pain and I don't even have little ones to get off to school in the morning. Sadly, when your significant other works until midnight 4 weeks out of every eight, you learn to exist on weekend catch-up sleep because you don't go to bed until 1:30-ish and you get up at 6:30-ish to be at work at 7:30-ish. lol There's a lot of "ish" in my life I guess.

Good for you for working on it though. I have no choice but to stay up if I want to spend time with my man. ;)
