Ok, well, I think we found our house.

And I think it's rather nice.

And I think I'm excited.

And I think I want to tell you all about it, but I'm not going to.

And the reason why I am not going to tell you is because nothing is completely official yet.

But I do think we have a verbal agreement.

And I do think we will have a signed agreement before tomorrow evening.
